Hi, Iβm Jess.My background is in contortion, dance, pilates, aerial, and pole β but more than anything, Iβm passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies.I'm a performer and coach who teaches flexibility in a way that prioritizes strength, awareness, and long-term sustainability. No forcing, no fighting your body β just clear, supportive guidance that meets you where you are and helps you listen to what your body needs.This work has changed how I move and feel in my own body, and I love being able to share that with others.
